Doree Shafrir (00:10):
Hello and welcome to Forever35, a podcast about the things we do to take care of ourselves. I'm Doree Shafrier.
Elise Hu (00:17):
And I'm Elise Hu, and we're just two friends who like to talk a lot about serums.
Doree Shafrir (00:20):
And today we have a very special episode. It is our annual gift guide episode.
Elise Hu (00:26):
It is time. It is time. Depending on how much consumerism you want to take part in, and you don't have to. It's in this economy, but we have put together a list of our favorite things or things that we have liked throughout the year that might make for good gifts for your loved ones. Or in my case, I put some of the items that are actually on my holiday wishlist on the gift guide, because I feel like they would be good gave because they are gifts that I want personally.
Doree Shafrir (01:00):
Okay. Noted. But before we get to that, we are running a sale on our Patreon. So at patreon.com/frever35 where we do our weekly casual chats, our monthly pop culture episodes, our ad-free episodes, our newsletter is on the Patreon now. Also, you get your name read on the podcast each month as a thank you. We are running a 20% off sale. So head on over to patreon.com/forever35 and sign up for our Patreon. And then also as an extra special thank you to all of our supporters. We will be doing a live casual chat on Patreon on Wednesday, December 10th at 7:30 PM Eastern, 4:30 PM Pacific. Mark your calendars. That's December 10th, 7:30 Eastern, 4:30 Pacific. We'll be doing a live casual chat recording and we want to see you all there.
Elise Hu (01:55):
And listeners will be able to interact with us while we are chatting, right? So this is really kind of like a mook bong or any sort of live YouTubing type event. Okay, great. I haven't used this platform for live chats yet, but I'm very excited to try it out.
Doree Shafrir (02:13):
And then we'll also record the episode to be released on Patreon for those of you who aren't able to be there live, but we hope to see a lot of you. So if you are a paid subscriber to Patreon, come see us on December 10th. And we'll have more instructions for all the Patreon subscribers as it gets closer. But for now, mark your calendars. All right, please. We have a lot of gifts to guide, so I feel like we should get right into it.
Elise Hu (02:42):
Are you in the holiday spirit yet? I cannot believe we're already here at this time of year. I still have pumpkins on my porch. I
Doree Shafrir (02:52):
Am just a little in denial that we are here, but here we are. You know what I will say? Yeah. I am glad that Hanukkah is not super early this year. That always messes me up. One year it was basically right after Thanksgiving, recently. Since I've had Henry, it was right after Thanksgiving and that was just like, whoa, can we slow down? Too much. So at least I have a couple more weeks.
Elise Hu (03:20):
Yeah. I'm really relieved that we are traveling during ... The kids get three weeks off for winter break, which I think is a little much. It's a little much. It's a lot. It's a lot. So we are traveling one of those weeks because the younger girls have never been to New York, so we decided to do a whole kids in New York during the winter kind of thing. Yeah, like go skate in Bryant Park and Ava's going to rewatch Gossip Girls that she has all her Blair gosh. Waldorf things and places that she wants to go to.
Doree Shafrir (03:50):
Oh, that'll be so fun. I love New York around Christmastime.
Elise Hu (03:54):
I don't know if they're going to be climatized or ready for the cold.
Doree Shafrir (03:58):
Oh, I mean, when this airs, we will have just returned from Boston.
Elise Hu (04:03):
So good luck to you.
Doree Shafrir (04:04):
Good luck to us. It's going to be pretty chilly. Henry told me that his favorite weather is cold and rainy. And I was like, okay, well, good. You're getting your wish. That's what we're going to get. How funny. Well, let's get into it.
Elise Hu (04:19):
We have talked a lot about home and kitchen type things on our mini apps this year, and you all have given us suggestions and we've tried some things out. So Dori, what do you have lined up?
Doree Shafrir (04:31):
Okay. Let me first preface this by saying, I know everyone has an Oala water bottle.
Elise Hu (04:35):
Yeah. Yeah.
Doree Shafrir (04:36):
But last year in my Mahjong group, we do a gift exchange every year.
Elise Hu (04:43):
Yeah.
Doree Shafrir (04:44):
And last year I got this awala tumbler that is called the Smooth Sip Slider. The 12 ounce size. Elise, I'm going to hold it up right now so you can see it. See it's a little sliding
Elise Hu (04:58):
Thing on top. Yeah. It's not like one of the giant water bottles and steel water bottles that we carry around and crash onto floors.
Doree Shafrir (05:06):
Yes. Yes. Now this can be used for hot or cold drinks. I use it for my coffee. It is the perfect size for morning coffee. I have found that in the bigger 20 ounce tumblers, I just don't finish the coffee. And this is the perfect size. You can also get it with a handle or with no handle. I do not have a handle. Okay. That's personal preference. With no handle, the 12 ounce size is 24.99. And then with the handle, it's 27.99. And then there is a 20 ounce size if that's your jam. But I really like the small 12 ounce size.
Elise Hu (05:45):
It'll fit in all cup holders as well.
Doree Shafrir (05:47):
It fits in everything. It's compact. It doesn't leak. I'm really a fan. So if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive gift for someone who is maybe a coffee or tea drinker, I really recommend this mug.
Elise Hu (06:03):
Okay. I think it's super cute. And given it's a walla, there's going to be lots of different colors. All right. So for my contribution to Home and Kitchen, and we should preface this by saying we're going to talk about as much stuff as we can in the amount of podcasting time that we have for this episode, but there will inevitably be recommendations on our gift guide that will only exist as links or on our show notes or on our Patreon in the newsletter. So be sure if you want to see the full guide, subscribe to the newsletter, which is free and available on Patreon or check our show notes, which we will put in its usual place. So I will throw in a couple recs. One, we often ask our guests for the candle that they last lit. So the candle that I like to gift just for a quick gift for teachers, sometimes like as a teacher thank you gift, because it's $24, is from PF Candle Company.
Doree Shafrir (07:01):
Oh, love them.
Elise Hu (07:02):
In the Golden Coast scent, I also like the one that's called OHI something, but Golden Coast is solid. I think that everybody ... It's an inoffensive, subtle scent and PF Candle does, especially if you get it shipped or something, they do that nice packaging and everything. So this is a really great gift, especially if you work in sales and want to send things to your clients or collaborators from the year.
Doree Shafrir (07:28):
And to go along with that Golden Coast scented candle, may I recommend a fancy looking candle warmer?
Elise Hu (07:34):
We love a candle warmer here.
Doree Shafrir (07:36):
We love a candle warmer. And now they come in a lot of different varieties and there's this one that Target is selling right now that looks pretty luxe, I will say.
Elise Hu (07:46):
It does.
Doree Shafrir (07:48):
And it's $30 and I think it would make a really lovely gift. So if you want to get Elisa's candle recommendation and the candle warmer, that's a really nice gift.
Elise Hu (08:02):
Love that. That's a great idea. Thank you. A little gift combo suggested from us here at Forever 35. Exactly. But what if somebody wants to buy a big gift,
Doree Shafrir (08:15):
A
Elise Hu (08:15):
Big home and kitchen gift?
Doree Shafrir (08:18):
Elise, remember when you were saying that you put some stuff on the list that you actually also want? So I put the ninja combi all in one multi-cooker oven and air fryer.
Elise Hu (08:32):
Oh yes. We discussed this in the summer. It does so many things. Yes, it does
Doree Shafrir (08:36):
So many things. It has 14 functions.
Elise Hu (08:40):
Yeah. And it folds for more counter space.
Doree Shafrir (08:44):
I don't know if this is the same one. We have a lot of different varieties, but the range of things that they say this thing can make is insane. It's like crispy french fries, a rotisserie chicken, rice crispy treats or what is this? I don't even know what this is. There's so ... Chocolate chip cookies, a roast, pizza. What I will say is when I put this on the list, it said the regular price is $2.49.99. When I put it on, it was on sale for 169.99. And as I'm looking at today, it is on sale for 179.99. So it seems to me like they are tweaking the price constantly. So you might want- Prices may vary. Prices may vary, but this is on the Ninja site, which is sharkninja.com. So this is one of the things that I want. I also kind of want the ninja slushy machine.
(09:44)
You
Elise Hu (09:45):
Know what? I feel like Shark Ninja should give us a discount code because we have been talking up their stuff throughout 2025 now. I
Doree Shafrir (09:55):
Agree. We
Elise Hu (09:56):
Don't currently have a discount code for shark products.
Doree Shafrir (09:59):
Sorry. It's not the slushy. It's the creamy. The ninja creamy that is like ... I'm like, ooh, that would be fun. I have no space for this, but ... Okay. Are there any last home kitchen things that you want to mention, Elise?
Elise Hu (10:16):
Okay. Well, we had the big, in honor of our big dish towel discussion of summer 2025, which some of you burnt out on, I just want to put another plugin for those beautiful and functional geometry tea towels of which I just cannot stop buying. So I just have a growing collection of geometry tea towels because they come in so many great colors and patterns. Love that. And then one final home and kitchen gift suggestion before we go to a break is Tree Man Studio Shop on Etsy. So my friend Avita's father, who is silver haired, I got to say he's in his late 70s, has decided at his advanced age to start becoming a wood turner and turning reclaimed wood, yes, into beautiful custom jewelry boxes and bowls. And so we are going to link you to his shop on Etsy. I have already gotten some gifts from his shop, but everything is one of its kind because he is personally handmaking them.
(11:28)
There's trays, there are jars, there are keepsake boxes, really, really beautiful stuff, but really lovely and personal gift. So we will link you those. And then after the break, we have so many other things to talk about like some serums. Well, not specifically serums, but some gift ideas in the beauty category and in the clothing category and some just random things that we think would make for fun gifts.
Doree Shafrir (11:58):
It's true. All right. We'll be right back. All right. We are back. Let's do the beauty category because you have some stuff on here that I am intrigued by.
Elise Hu (12:18):
Yeah. We haven't talked about these before we came to the show. So it's our chance to talk about what we're excited about too, which is fun. Well, first I love the Evolve Together Hand Cream and Evolve Together actually offers a set of minis, which I think is such a cute gift. It's three of its hand creams. They're sized for travel. You can also figure out your favorite scent because there's one scent in particular that I like the most from there, and I can't remember if it's Monaco or Havana, but both of them are in there in that Evolve Together set. And I want to say that if you click on our link to our ShopMy page, you will get a discount because Evolve Together has been working with us and offered us samples earlier this year. And I remember when I got this mini set from our ShopMy relationship, I was like, "Oh, I need to put this on the gift guide." So I did back in July or something.
(13:18)
And so check that out. We will link to it. And then my new serum that I've been using all year is the Sola Suu First Care Serum, which I discovered through a trial kit that I think I had originally gotten as a gift for somebody else, but then kept.
(13:38)
And so that kit, that Sola Soup First Care trial kit is a recommendation on this gift guide as well. I think it's $40 or $49. You can get it from Sephora and give all of their products a try. This is the very tried and true Korean beauty brand. It's been around forever. And their line of products here are, they're kind of hero products that are responsible for most of its sales. So try that out. And then my one other recommendation, this is a stocking stuffer and I'm going to get them for my older girls at least. The pixie on the glow blush that's on the glow, pun intended. They come in and my makeup artist, Heather, who you probably remember getting to meet when we did our Forever 35 headshots. Heather really likes these. These are in her kit also. They're in like little mini deodorant packaging and you just like pop off the top and screw it out and then it's cream blush essentially, but you can just keep it in your purse, keep it in a pocket even, and then you have a little color on the go or on the glow as they say.
(14:53)
All right. What about you, Dora? What's in your beauty category?
Doree Shafrir (14:57):
I promise we're not just recommending advertisers and they do not know that we are recommending these products. No. But the last time I got my haircut, which was a couple weeks ago, my hairstylist, and I swear to God this happened, she was like, "Your hair is so shiny. It's really healthy." And I was like, "Okay." It's funny you say that because I also have been feeling like my hair has been looking really healthy and shiny lately. And I think it is because I finally started using enough conditioner.
Elise Hu (15:37):
Oh, okay.
Doree Shafrir (15:38):
And that conditioner that I use is prose. I also use the prose shampoo, but the conditioner, because prose's whole thing is that it's custom hair care, like based on your hair's needs and where you live and all these questions that they ask you in their questionnaire. And I had always thought that my hair was too greasy for conditioner, but that turned out to be a lie. So for years I was not using conditioner or I was using like some spray leave-in conditioner that didn't really do anything. And my hair always looked kind of like it's straight, but it looked sort of dry and frizzy. And I was always like, "Okay, well, I guess that's just my hair." And then I started using the pros and I was like, "Oh, this is what my hair is supposed to look." And I will say, it's run out a couple times and I've been like, "Oh, I don't know.
(16:41)
Should I resubscribe?" Because it is expensive. It's more expensive than drugstore shampoo and conditioner and I've tried just something that I pick up at Target and it's like not the same.
Elise Hu (16:56):
I have also found my experimentation with Pros to be very positive.
Doree Shafrir (17:01):
Yeah. So I believe we still do have a discount with them. It's at pros.com/forever35. So if you want to check that out, and I recommend that you do, get that for yourself. You can also gift pros. So on their website, you can gift it to someone, which is cool.
Elise Hu (17:21):
All right. So that's a short, non-exhaustive list of potential beauty buys, but let's jump to another popular category for us. Do you want to do clothes, shoes, and/or accessories?
Doree Shafrir (17:37):
Sure.
Elise Hu (17:38):
What is on your list, Dori?
Doree Shafrir (17:40):
This is another thing where I'm like, "Okay, if anyone wants to buy these for me. " So these have been advertised to me and I have clicked through several times being like, "Do I want these?" Which is why I'm sure I keep getting this ad because they're like, "Eventually she will buy them because she keeps clicking." You're going to break her down. Yes. And they are the Tiva Women's Reember camp slip on. They're kind of like slippers, but they are outdoor shoes. This is how they're described on the website. The perfect cold weather go- to, our reember camp shoe queues up cloud-like comfort with a puffy quilted upper. Equally at ease at base camp and supportive enough for all day where this versatile outdoor shoe employs a grippy rubber sole and adjustable strap closure and a collapsible heel for easy on off. Now, do I go camping?
(18:40)
No. Do I live somewhere cold? No. But do I like being cozy because I am a Taurus? Yes. So I really want these shoes. They come in a couple different styles. The Reember Camp ones have this closed heel that is collapsible. And then they also have one that's just a slide called the Reember Terrain, and they also have a little booty platform that are also cute. So I don't know. I'm kind of tempted by all of them. They range from- Oh, the slip on.
Elise Hu (19:23):
Okay. I like the slip on. I feel like it's kind of like a slipper almost, but a slipper you could wear outside. Exactly.
Doree Shafrir (19:31):
Yes.
Elise Hu (19:31):
Okay.
Doree Shafrir (19:32):
In my experience, I have found Tivas to run big. I don't know if that is everyone's experience, but my advice if you're considering these would be to size down. But anyway, how are you, Elise?
Elise Hu (19:45):
While we're on the topic of Cozy, there is a local boutique or a local brand on Abbott Kinney here in Venice, California, near where I live, called Papa Sweater. And they have these snuggies essentially or they look like, what are they called? Not Sham Wow. What was that other thing in the early 2010s that you could wear? They're called The Slanket?
(20:12)
Yeah, kind of like Slankets. Yes, but it was something like that, but they were sold on as seen on TV. Papa Sweater makes an elevated one. Hello. A very cuddly robe looking jacket. And so I'm going to link y'all to the sheep MIDI, which is, it looks like a robe with a hood essentially, but also it's sleek enough to be a jacket that you wear over a dress or a jumpsuit. I really want this. I am asking Santa for it. I might just wear it around the house with my soft pants that I wear every day, but I could also wear it outside of the house to go pick up my kids or something from school. So this is from Papa Sweater. It is a local brand, big fan. And then just staying on family owned or originally family owned businesses, Latico Leathers. Latico makes this bag that my friend Jen was carrying at a conference that I ran into her at recently and it's so cute.
(21:21)
All the pockets are outside. It's called the J Tote.
(21:25)
And it's super cute. There's like little compartments for it. The tote itself, I think is canvas and striped, but then there's leather pockets outside of it. And one of them has like a button so that you can keep like small items that might fall out. But then the others are just, there's a sleeve for your cell phone and you can keep it outside your bag rather than inside the bag. It's called the J Leather Tote Bag. It's priced. It's on sale right now at $97 from Latico Leathers, but it's just a brand I really like. There's also a polka dot wallet we're going to link you to called the Tulum Leather Wallet that I also think is really cute and would make a great gift for your girlfriends. So consider Latico leathers.
Doree Shafrir (22:09):
Okay.
Elise Hu (22:10):
Yes. And then one more because I love wearing cashmere sweaters in the winter. I have yet to splurge on this and I don't know who is going to spend the money to buy me one because it's 300 some dollars. But I have been wanting for many years the I Read Band books embroidered cashmere sweater from Lingua Franca. It's so cute. And anytime I see it on somebody, I'm like, "Oh, I want that sweater." It comes in so many colors, so soft, and then the embroidery is just adorable. I love the way that this I read band books is embroidered on there. And this year, with the loss of funding for PBS and NPR, they're making a new one with the old school PBS logo on it. So you can check those out. Yeah, you can get a PBS logo sweater. These are fancy sweaters. I mean, you can dress these sweaters up and there's the PBS logo one, or you can just get the classic I read band books embroidered cashmere sweater.
(23:14)
They're both really nice, but again, prices.
Doree Shafrir (23:18):
Well, I hope Rob is listening. Are you there, Rob? It's me, Elise.
Elise Hu (23:26):
I don't have any jewelry or anything on this list, so maybe this can be a big higher priced item that he can
Doree Shafrir (23:32):
Think about. There we go. All right, Elise, we are going to take another short break and when we come back, we have a few more categories that we're going to chat about, like kids and pets. I do have a jewelry recommendation. It's not that great.
Elise Hu (23:48):
Okay.
Doree Shafrir (23:49):
But we have a few more recommendations and we'll be right back. Okay, great. We'll be right back. All right. We are back. I will just quickly mention this jewelry thing. Okay. It is a tennis racket bag charm from Coach. Ooh. So very bougie.
Elise Hu (24:14):
Bag charms are, but bag charms are lovely. People really love their bag charms and they take good care of them. I'm not a delicate enough person to take good care of bag charms, so never gift me one. But I'm looking at these coach ones. They're really
Doree Shafrir (24:28):
Cute. Yeah. They're really cute. And they're expensive for what they are, but they're sort of this little burst of luxury. This tennis racket one is $95. It's a little bougie gift. This to me falls into the category of what to get for your friend who has everything. Or what
Elise Hu (24:51):
To get your tennis
Doree Shafrir (24:52):
Captain as a thank you gift. Or what to get your tennis captain as a thank you gift. My tennis team did get me some really nice gifts by the way. So that was very nice. But yeah, this is a thing that is really sweet and thoughtful, probably not something that people buy for themselves a lot. To me, this feels like a really nice gift if you are looking to spend $100 on someone. It is very cute. All right. Elise, what category do you want to do next?
Elise Hu (25:24):
Well, while we're on the topic of bag charms, we have a suggestion, or it looks like you have a wreck in the kids in pets category for a different kind of bag charm.
Doree Shafrir (25:34):
Okay. So I feel like this is something, again, that you could buy for yourself, but also if you have a child in your life who's into bag charms, Jelly Cat has some really cute bag charms and they have a Clyde Capibara bag charm. Did you look at this little guy,
Elise Hu (25:55):
Elise? Luna has been wanting this because she has the Jelly Cat soccer ball bag charm already. And I mean, all kids these days are just obsessed with Jellycat. It's impossible. We're trying to get into the Jelly Cat Cafe in New York and it's almost impossible to get a reservation. I think bots are buying up the reservations for the Jelly Cat Cafe. Oh my gosh. It's crazy. And the only reason why it's such a draw is because you can get like four limited edition jelly cats at that cafe only. So if you get one, it means that you were there for that experience. So there's so many friends from California who are trying to go to the Jelly Cat Cafe when they're in New York specifically because of this. And I'm going to try.
Doree Shafrir (26:38):
Do you know about the popup here in LA?
Elise Hu (26:40):
Yes, yes. Except apparently it's kind of just a kiosk. So Ava was sort of disappointed. Yeah, it's not more.
Doree Shafrir (26:48):
It's just like collection, I think, or something.
Elise Hu (26:54):
Yeah. But yes, Jelly Cat, I like their stuff. It is very cute and cappy bars are adorable.
Doree Shafrir (27:02):
Adorable.
Elise Hu (27:04):
Yay. Okay. That's a good one. What else? What else for kids?
Doree Shafrir (27:10):
Well, I put- What's
Elise Hu (27:11):
On Henry's list?
Doree Shafrir (27:12):
Yeah. I put something that is on Henry's list on this list. This is very specific and for a very specific child, namely my child. He is obsessed with Marble Runs and there's a YouTube channel called Jelly's Marble Runs and they basically do Formula One for Marbles and they call it Marbula One. Also, this has been like the gateway into Henry getting into actual Formula one, which he now watches, which is like a whole other situation. But Jelly, and that's J-E-L-L-E, of course, they have toys for sale that they have licensed or whatever. And they have a hyperloop, a Marbula One hyperloop for $1149. And it comes with all of the marbles in the Marbula One universe. So you can have your own Marbula one races. Events. Yes. Okay. Events. Yes. So Henry has said that he wants this from Santa. Okay. So we're going to have to talk to Santa about
Elise Hu (28:38):
This. Right, because it's kind of like, well, is Santa in this economy, but maybe Santa is post financial, as they say in Silicon Valley. I realized I didn't include any kid stuff and I included dog stuff on this guide, but there is something from Issa's wishlist this year that I think could be a great stocking stuffer kind of gift. Issa is a highly sensitive person, an HSP, and so she really likes watching ASMR at night before she goes to bed, and she really likes sensory squeeze or squishies. And so she has one on her list. I think it's from Evil Amazon, but it is a sensory squeeze toy with super solid squish that she just wants around. And these are 99 or something and come in a bunch of different colors. So you can, if you have kids like Issa, let me suggest that for stocking stucfers or for one of the nights of Hanukkah, it could work out really well.
(29:53)
And then for the dogs, this is a callback to one of our mini apps, but But there are Costco themed dog toys out there where the dog toys include the set from Bark brand includes a Costco hotdog, my favorite lunch, a Costco pizza, a chocolate chip cookie, a Costco wholesale executive dog membership card and the 20 ounce drink. The 20 ounce drink. It's currently for sale on walmart.com. We will try and link other places too if it's offered up in other places, but it is a set of toys from Bark that includes a bunch of stuff that you can get from the Costco food court. Enjoy cool. I know Oscar will love the hot dog because he's my son.
Doree Shafrir (30:45):
Of course. Of course he will. He might even actually try to eat it.
Elise Hu (30:51):
Oh yes.
Doree Shafrir (30:54):
We will find it in his stomach after a very
Elise Hu (30:56):
Expensive five figure surgery.
Doree Shafrir (30:59):
Yes, exactly. All right. Well, Elise, I think we have time for one more category. Is there one that is speaking to you?
Elise Hu (31:09):
Yeah. Well then let me just throw in a couple things for travel because I know a lot of y'all are going to be traveling and then travel related gifts are a great thing to consider for the people who are on the go in your life. One is I wanted to recommend the Lunya sleep masks. As you know, I cannot sleep with a sleep mask regularly, but I love sleeping with a sleep mask on the plane. And so Lunya is the one that I use. I actually was introduced to this brand by my brother who got me a sleep mask as a gift several years ago. And they are currently running a special discount for our listeners, 15% off. If you use the code Forever 35 pod. Forever 35 pod and get yourself a Luna sleep mask or get one for the people in your life who might appreciate it.
(31:57)
I feel like this is a great host gift.
Doree Shafrir (32:00):
Yes.
Elise Hu (32:00):
Around the holiday season when you're getting invited to other people's houses, you can get them a candle or get them a sleep mask, this kind of smaller thing.
Doree Shafrir (32:08):
Also what's nice about the Lunya sleep mask is it looks very luxe.
Elise Hu (32:13):
Yes. And it's like a nice box size so you can get it wrapped really nicely or you can wrap it really nicely. Make it a glam gift. A glam
Doree Shafrir (32:24):
Gift for a person. And I see on their website, they also have a weighted sleep mask. That's interesting.
Elise Hu (32:32):
I think I need to get that for Isabelle because Issa is exactly the kind of person. She loves being cozy. She loves her weighted blanket. She only sleeps under a weighted blanket. Even when it's like 90 degrees outside, loves her weighted blanket just for the feel of it. Yes. So
Doree Shafrir (32:49):
She might like that. I'm intrigued. By the weighted sleep mask. It looks very hefty. It would really make you feel, put you right to sleep, I think.
Elise Hu (33:03):
It's time. Yeah. It's time to go to bed.
Doree Shafrir (33:05):
Yes,
Elise Hu (33:05):
Exactly. Exactly. I might need to use it at one of those volleyball tournaments I'm spending my weekends at too, because it's total sensory overload, the fluorescent lighting and the 64 volleyball matches going on at the same time and those whistles. One more travel gift to recommend for the road is away travel. And I know Dori and I both have away carry-ons that we use. Away has a new bag that's the same carry-on, but with like gold clasps with some-
Doree Shafrir (33:43):
Ooh, fancy.
Elise Hu (33:43):
Yeah. Yeah. It's really pretty. And it's kind of an elevated away carry-on because it has these aluminum edges in gold and it just looks kind of, as we were talking about, kind of luxe. Yeah. A little flair, a little flair for the away carry on. Totally. It's priced at 318, probably going to be some holiday related deals. So we will link that to you as well, but it is very kind of fancy looking. So check it out. I love that.
Doree Shafrir (34:17):
All right. Elise, you've given me some great ideas for things to get for people, also things that I feel like I need for myself.
Elise Hu (34:28):
I know. And same to you because now I'm sort of like, do I need to add that ninja all in one everything to my Christmas list? Honestly, I think
Doree Shafrir (34:39):
You do. And as Elise said, we do have a bunch more items that we were not able to get to. So I think those will go in our newsletter.
Elise Hu (34:50):
Okay.
Doree Shafrir (34:51):
So look out for that. And then we'll also start a chat in the Patreon where you guys can exchange your own gift ideas and ask for gift recommendations. So look out for that as well. And thanks so much for listening. Happy gifting and we'll talk to you soon. Talk to you next time. Bye.
