Episode 7: Sleep On It

"Sleeping to me is my number one self-care. I really fight for it." - Mary Holland

This week Doree and Kate are joined by the very funny actor and writer Mary Holland, who can be seen on shows like Veep and Blunt Talk, and performing with her all-women improv group Wild Horses. She talks to Kate and Doree about how sleep is her own personal form of self-care, the healing power of Sex and the City, the satisfaction of a good, long, cry, and being mistaken for Bill Hader.

Doree and Kate also go deep on sleep, breaking down the steps they take to wind down before bedtime. Plus they do another high/low product review, which includes one very expensive Tom Ford lipstick (color: Devore) and some not-so-expensive things too.
