Onto the recs! Everything on this list was recommended enthusiastically by multiple users. Plus, we've got a couple products to members advise you avoid, so you can save room in your cart for the good stuff.
Lots of members are excited to try this line of Drunk Elephant products. The eight-piece set lets you sample sunscreens, cleansers, and serums. Plus, you get the infamous .27 oz virgin marula oil that Doree mentioned in episode 12. But move fast, more than a few members said this collection is often sold out in stores and demand will be even higher during the sale.
Sunday Riley's Luna Oil gets recommended in the Facebook group about once a week, at least. Many members truly love Sunday Riley and say this oil in particular makes their skin feel wonderful. Top tip: Let your skin absorb the oil for at least 15 minutes (some recommend 30) before moving on to the next step in your skincare routine.
First of all, liquid collagen of any kind sounds so soothing. Luckily, multiple members say it's just as nice as it sounds and that it's made a real difference in their skin and is basically "wonderful."
A few people brought up Kate Somerville and most give it extremely high praise. One member says it's her top serum recommendation since it made her skin feel so amazing.
Considered a "holy grail" product, Facebook members love L'Occitane shower oil. They say the smell is amazing and many use it as a shower staple. Pro tip: One listener shaves with the oil for extra smooth, moisturized skin.
Let me admit that I can't help but smile every time I type Bum Bum Cream. Anyway, listeners love the smell and many were looking to restock their supply during the sale. As for the supposed skin tightening effects, most users didn't really see a difference. But, they still feel it's an excellent moisturizer.
This caffeinated eye mask is designed to reduce puffiness and under eye circles and many members say it really works. Great for a night mask, one listener also uses it as an eye cream in the morning and loves how it moisturizes and reduces fine lines.
According to members, this mask takes your skin from good to really good. One listener puts it on before a big night out to get a super flawless look.
When one member asked for summer time perfume recommendations, Beach Walk got many votes of confidence. One listener wrote "It’s the most I’ve ever spent on perfume but I love it so much. No regrets!"
Doree threw in her own recommendation for summer perfume – Gucci Bloom. It has a light jasmine scent that Doree loves during warmer weather.
For your liquid lip needs, many members recommend Bite's Amuse Bouche Liquified. The colors Jicama (a matte, deep rose tone) and Cassava (a cool berry shade) were favorites for a range of skin tones.
The Facebook group had many members pondering which Pat McGrath palette to get with their VIB discount. Choose from an array of bronzey neutrals, a collection of bright pinks and purples, or go all out with the "Subversive" palette full of glimmering colors and metallics. The 10-shadow palettes run $125 (pre-discount), while the 6-shadow collections cost $55 (pre-sale).
"Nothing stays as well and everything else flakes or creases," says one member who's definitely restocking on stila during the sale. Other members also love the light, glittering look of the liquid shadow and find it has incredible staying power. Mostly in neutral, rosy shades, stila also has a few purples and a bright aqua that's giving me some 60s go-go realness.
Dr. Jart Cicapair Serum
Multiple listeners tried the Cicapair serum and were incredibly disappointed. Most felt like it did nothing for their skin and won't buy it again.
AMOREPACIFIC Cushion Compact
Though AmorePacific is a much loved brand in the Facebook group, not everyone loved their cushion compact. One user says it's so heavily scented, she had to return it. So, if you're scentsitive, avoid.
