Episode 121: Pamper Yourself

This week, Kate and Doree discuss how to pamper yourself while staying at home, with products you already have. Make your own footbath, DIY a sugar scrub, or find skin-soothing remedies in your kitchen; it’s still possible to have a spa day without leaving the house.

  • Foot bath

  • At-home manicure (maybe with that random nail polish you’ve never used!)

  • Wrap your hands and/or feet in hot washcloths

  • Steam your bathroom, and pretend you’re in a steam room

  • Add any sort of essential oil to the floor of your shower to scent up the steam

  • Put cucumber slices on your eyes

  • Wash your hair with Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Teabags (with caffeine) on your eyes

  • Egg white face mask

  • Make your own sugar scrub

  • Rice sock heating pad

  • Give yourself a full-body scrub and really get in there

  • Put a ton of sunscreen and a hat on and lie in the sun. The sun feels good!

  • Baking soda as a nail scrub/nail stain remover
